Overview:
The Goal of this lesson is to help students gain an initial understanding of data logging, and how it can improve the quality and convenience of collecting data for a variety of scientific experiments. Note: A LEGO Temperature Sensor is required for this lesson as written. If none is available, another EV3 sensor may be used by adapting the purpose of the experiment.
Objectives:
Students will be able to:
1. Explain the purpose of Data Logging
2. Describe three different methods for Data Logging with an EV3
3. Set up and run Live Data Logging, Remote Data Logging and Brick Data Logging experiments
4. Analyze results from a Data Logging Experiment
