Worm's Mind Mapped into Lego Robot

Submitted by Laura Moore on 8 March, 2018 - 15:09

Using OpenWorm project, scientists mapped 302 neurons in C. elegans, a small nematode. Engineers then mapped these neural signals to control a Lego EV3 robot. Scientists are now working to map the collectome, all neural connections in the human brain. https://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/weve-put-worms-mind-lego-robot... [1]
