Instructional Material: LEGO 100+ Gear Calculator Video
This YouTube Video tells the story of an ancient Greek celestial calculation machine using precision gearing and a Lego implementation of the same device. It uses 1,500 parts and 110 gears to recreate the Greek invention. This is a great supplement to the Advanced Gearing lesson as it shows how the Greeks used compound gearing to do complex math.
