The tan and blue pegs are different from the black peg in that they have both an axle end and a round end, while the black peg has two round ends.  The blue and tan pegs are different from each other in that the blue peg has small friction bumps that inhibit attached parts from turning, while the tan peg has no bumps and allows attached parts to move freely.The black pegs are used to attach two beams.  The blue or tan pegs can attach a beam to a motor, gear or wheel.  (Note: there are numerous possible answers)
