Lesson: EV3 - Parts Exploration
Overview:
This lesson gives students some further hands-on experience with various EV3 kit parts. Students gain familiarity and confidence in working with the components and reinforce their understanding of the components' names and properties. The structural building challenge allows students to put this new knowledge to a practical test.
Objectives:
Students will be able to:
1. Describe the function of the wheel, gear, bushing and axle components of the robotics system
2. Describe the function of structural components of the robotics system
3. Describe the function of connector components of the robotics system
4. Apply knowledge of structural building techniques
